We have long been fans of rowing as a sport and know the performance and exercise benefits possible by combining cycling and rowing. At Tarasov Rowcycle International, we engineer rowing systems that push the speed and performance envelope of human propulsion. Our marketing approach keeps our company’s mission in the forefront. Our prime motivation is to promote the development and marketing of rowcycle and row system propulsion products based on the Tarasov patented row-drive™ system. Tarasov Rowcycle International Co., Ltd. is a Hong Kong established private limited company with an operations and product development base in Taiwan. We are currently in the startup phase focused on the design and development of our first product offering. The design phase is near complete and we are now starting to actively market the product. We have prioritized the building of a distributor and retailer network. Our product is unique because it does not directly compete with the existing bicycle lines a distributor or dealer may be carrying. Our initial response from distributors has been very positive, especially among distributors and retailers that focus on specialty cycle market including recumbents and trikes because rowcycles are a very specialized niche; a sale here does not mean a lost sale of another model.
